Exploring The Leader Within:
A Summer Camp + Virtual Program for High School Girls in the Pocono Mountains
Exploring The Leader Within is a four day adventure designed to navigate teens through the journey of what it means to be a leader and live a life of one. Leadership to us isn’t just about being at the front of a room, it means having agency in one’s life and being a transformative force in one’s family, communities, and beyond. Throughout the course of the program, teens will take a step away from their phones and reconnect to themselves, one another, and nature.
By taking part in this program you will receive:
Two to three workshops each day of the camp with tools and techniques to develop emotional intelligence and communication skills, healthy ways to deal with interpersonal relationships, leadership and planning for their future, increasing confidence, and working through personal mental health questions and experiences
Mentorship and guidance from women entrepreneurs, therapists, wellness coaches, business and tech leaders, and creatives from the New York City and Philadelphia area.
Morning meditation, yoga, and wellness sessions each day of the on-site camp
A lifelong community of likeminded friends and mentorship of successful women across all ages who are committed to passing on their experience to the next generation of women.
Unlimited and exclusive access to youth leadership programs, conferences, workshops, and connections that are within The Thinkers Global network
Hiking, swimming, dancing, and other fun activities
A 2-month virtual session with guest entrepreneurs and thought leaders as well as accountability and reflection sessions to cultivate a deeper bond and community between program participants.
